Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Hush Blocks ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Hush Blocks on devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal use, subject to Apple's standard EULA and these Terms.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where allowed by law
• Modify or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app in a way that interferes with its normal operation or with other users
• Generate or simulate ad impressions or rewards fraudulently
• Use the app to violate any applicable law or third-party rights

Hush Blocks is free to play and supported by occasional rewarded ads, shown only when you tap "Continue" on the game over screen. We do not show banner or interstitial ads. The handling of ad data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Google AdMob's policies.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the place of residence of the developer, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
